You should probably do something about the art upload problem BirdMan-Hwah mentioned though. Even if you can submit it through your gallery, some users may be used to submitting it through the group page, and then think they can't submit.
Also you should get some submission rules down on the front page- like a limit to how many pictures one user many submit in one weekand such.. you don't want a gallery overflow.
And you should probably appoint some admins,
